A private coaching session with each participant is highly recommended prior to a group session to gain the most benefit and understanding to proceed with a team session.
Utilizing the CliftonStrengths, team members will be shown how their unique combinations of talents can be developed and applied for more impact and satisfaction in their personal and professional life. Understanding of oneself and others helps teams understand what their strengths mean within their areas of expertise and through collaboration with each other. Team/group exploration of strengths is for up to 4 hours.
