We will identify your talents and explore their meaning and purpose. This starts the process of self-discovery and awareness of your natural talents and strengths. What do you need to understand about how you present yourself as a leader? How do your talents influence the interactions with others? How can you make the most impact? What other areas of life need focus?
The first session: 90 minutes delivered in-person or via Zoom. We will identify your talents through the CliftonStrengths* and explore their meaning and purpose. This session starts the process of self-discovery and awareness of your natural talents and strengths. What do you need to understand about how you present yourself as a leader? How do your talents influence the interactions with others? How can you make the most impact? What other areas of life need focus?
Subsequent sessions can be used to focus on these talents (including the full 34), setting goals, or individualized topics for growth and development based on your needs. These sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes. Engage in a goal-oriented, future-focused, and action-oriented process. Coaching conversations empower you to use your own internal strengths and passions, bridging the gap between where you are and where you want to be.

Utilizing the CliftonStrengths, team members will be shown how their unique combinations of talents can be developed and applied for more impact and satisfaction in their personal and professional life. Understanding of oneself and others helps teams understand what their strengths mean within their areas of expertise and through collaboration with each other.
A private coaching session with each participant is highly recommended prior to a group session to gain the most benefit and understanding to proceed with a team session.

Navigating Successful Change: How comfortable are you with change? This session will focus on understanding people’s resistance to change as well as strategies and resources for change. Using the 7Cs of the social change model you will learn the values necessary to embody as a leader and navigate change.
Conflict Management: Identify your conflict management style. Understand when each is most appropriate to rely on and tips and tricks to navigating conflict.
Communication Required: Communication is about being prepared, thoughtful, engaged, and reflective. We need to be prepared by knowing ourselves; thoughtful with how others think, feel, get inspired, and act; engaged in motivating and influencing others; reflective in taking meaning from each day. This all begins with how we send and receive messages. Communication is required in life. Explore how you can make your communication clear and relevant.
